Hi Polos,
Just a short note to say thank you to you and your team for all your help during our recent 7 day visit to Bali. I was a little apprehensive at first travelling to Bali with a 10 mth old (hence only the 7 days) but I need not have worried because we had an absolute ball and with your help so trouble free. I remember saying to Mitch as we fought our way through the line ups etc.. at the airport I couldn't imagine us doing that with all of Tysons gear in tow, so from that point alone your service is a lifesaver. Your driver delivered our hire gear (stroller, car seat, cot & GPS) to our Legian hotel at the pre-arranged time and picked it all up on the morning of check-out, and our cash deposit returned. Your staff are friendly and courteous and all the gear supplied was perfect and worked as it should, especially the stroller with the big 4x4 wheels, Mitch called it the "Offroader"....LOL, but seriously though it was fantastic on the sometimes rough and uneven paths in and around Kuta and Legian and surprisingly so easy to wheel along and manouver given its rugged and tough construction.
Oh and the GPS navigator, well what can I say....it was fantastic and really lived up to your slogan "its like having a tour guide in your pocket". We used it everywhere we went, in taxis and while walking about shopping etc... without it we would have been lost on so many occasions for sure, but Mitch set our hotel as "home" in the GPS memory so no matter where we were we could just press the home button and presto it would guide us safely back to our hotel from wherever we were, (even the taxi guys were amazed that we knew Bali so well, better than them actually....hahaha).
I have been to Bali 5 times now and this was Mitch's 3rd trip, but to date we have both only seen the southern tourist areas around Kuta, Legian, Tanah Lot, and Ubud so we are now planning to hire our own car next trip (and a Bali Navigator GPS unit from you guys of course) and hopefully we get to see a whole lot more of Bali next time. I have already made a list of places like Candidasa and especially up north of the island around Lovina Beach, Amed and Singaraja, also Bedugal and the big lakes areas of the islands interior, and the mountain areas in between, where neither of us have seen before other than in tour magazines.
