Can I Extend My Hire ?
Yes of course, provided the item has not been booked by another party for the same period so it is always best if possible to book in advance. Payment for extensions of hire will be required in cash at the time of extending your booking. There are no refunds available for early returns of hire equipment.
How Do I Install My Car Seat or Capsule ?
Our fees include this service for one time only. Should you change vehicles during your stay and require a second installation we may charge for any subsequent installations. Accordingly, it is your responsibility (if not hiring a car through us) that the vehicle is equipped with safety mounting points to enable us to fasten our harnesses.
What If I Lose Some Of The Accessories ?
You will be charged for the replacement of any accessory item, If it cannot be purchased separately you will be charged for the complete replacement of the main item.
What If A Car Seat Or Capsule Is Involved In A Crash Whilst In My Care ?
If you are involved in any accident, you need to inform us immediately. We will instantly replace your car seat or capsule with another for the balance of your hire to enable us to check and test the item.

By completing and submitting the Rental Enquiry Form we receive your request and inturn we email you back with the hire rate calculated and the amount of security bond required. Is There A Security Bond and What Are The Conditions of the Bond ?
Yes a security rental bond is required for all hire equipment. If you are booking online this charge is shown on the product page for each rental product. The security bond is payable in cash (in your home currency is fine) at the time of delivery of the equipment, and it is returned to you in full at the conclusion of the hire if the equipment is returned to us in good working order and in clean condition. A cleaning fee of 50,000Rp per item will be deducted from the security bond if any equipment is returned un-cleaned or stained. If equipment is returned damaged then an amount equal to the repair or replacement cost will be deducted from the security bond. For any items not returned you may lose part or all of the bond deposit. The same applies if the hire item is stolen whilst in your care so we strongly suggest that you check your Travel Insurance Policy just to make sure that Hire Equipment Risk is included so that you may seek a refund from your insurer if any of the above were to happen. PLEASE NOTE: If you are hiring multiple items from us we may reduce the total rental bond required, and we will confirm this when we reply to your enquiry via the "Rental Enquiry Form", otherwise please default to the rental bond deposits quoted on our price lists.
How and When Do I Pay ?
Once we receive your enquiry via the "Rental Enquiry Form" we will email you confirming prices, amount of security bond payable and our banking details for payment, and other payment options. You only need to pre-pay for the value of the hire costs and delivery charges (if any). The security bond deposit is paid in cash at the equivalent value in your home currency, that way when you return the hire goods we give you back an envelope with the currency you paid us. That saves you exchanging large amounts of money just prior to returning home. If you are already in Bali at the time of booking you can pay in cash for the full amount due (including security deposit) and delivery charges if any.

Can BBC help in supplying other day to day baby consumables such as nappies, food etc ?
Our mission is to make you and your babies stay in Bali as comfortable, convenient and economical as possible. One of our nominated BBC drivers will take you to the largest modern store in Bali (Carrefour), where a full range of baby food and other accessories is available at normal retail prices. Just let us know that you are interested in this service, and we will provide reasonable cost transport to drop off / pick up and return you with your stores to your hotel / villa. (Service available to clients hiring a pram, baby car seat or a porta cot for minimum three days).
